We will create your action plan for the first week.
COACHING SESSIONS
(After Foundation Session)
50-60 MINUTES
Let's Continue Forward
Each week we meet and keep walking this path together:
We will celebrate what is going well, and build solutions for obstacles.
We will walk through the four core pillars of my program and create action plans weekly.
In between our sessions I check in with you - you have my support and encouragement!
